Eli Leibowitz joined the firm of Marciano Beckenstein LLP after articling at Chaitons LLP in the areas of business law, real estate, general commercial litigation, and mortgage enforcement.
Eli focuses his practice in the areas of business/corporate law, tax and estate planning, and commercial and residential real estate.
Eli's expertise encompasses all forms of business counseling, tax and estate planning, Wills and estates, assistance with real estate decisions and transactions, and legal opinions and support in relation to tax issues. Eli has worked with many owner-operated companies, assisting them in all facets of their business including the purchase and sale of businesses, shareholders agreements and related issues, as well as preparing business and operating agreements. Eli also has expertise in corporate reorganizations and tax-deferred rollovers.
Eli also practices Charity / Not-for-Profit Law, and is himself vice-president and member of the Board of Directors of a religious organization.
