Shael Beckenstein established the firm of Marciano Beckenstein LLP together with Domenic Marciano in 2000. Prior to that, Shael had his own practice and also practiced with the commercial litigation firm of Schwisberg & Company.
Shael focuses his practice on business/corporate law, commercial and residential real estate, and Wills and estates.
Shael's corporate practice includes advising individuals, businesses and corporations on all aspects of corporate, commercial and business law, assisting clients in setting up new businesses, implementing acquisitions or sales of businesses, joint venture and co-tenancy arrangements, and negotiating and preparation of partnership and shareholder agreements. His experience includes the successful completion of numerous complex transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, secured lending transactions, and various corporate re-organizations.
Shael's real estate practice includes the acquisition, sale, leasing, development and financing of both commercial and residential real estate, in which he acts for several small to medium sized home builders as well as individual purchasers and vendors.
